Yunioshi to support Graham Coxon. Yes. Thats right. Yunioshi have been asked to support the legend that is Graham Coxon as he begins his new tour promoting his new record A+E. Needless to say we are very happy and excited.
Yunioshi will be supporting Graham Coxon at Sheffield Leadmill on Friday 20 April. Doors at 7:30pm with tickets at £16. Tickets are available at The Leadmill website
“Graham Coxon has been such a massive influence on me with the way he plays guitar. I’ve spent many an hour listening and playing along to both the stuff with Blur and his solo music. Its gonna be such an enormous honour to meet him and just say ‘thanks’ for making music exciting for me.” Says Rob Yunioshi.
There are mixed memories of Sheffield for Yunioshi as it is where Hakushi spent around a year in spinal rehab in the recent past. It will be nice to remember Sheffield for playing with the legendary Graham Coxon. “Needless to say – we can’t wait for this one!”
